My FAVORITE Fragrance Oils for Fall & Winter (The Holidays)

Ahh, fall and winter — the most exciting time of year for fragrance lovers! Even living in Florida where the leaves don't change, there's no stopping the excitement of cozy seasonal scents. Whether you're crafting fall and winter soaps, whipping up a luxurious body butter, or just scenting your space with home décor like candles and wax melts, fragrance is everything this season.

   I only order fragrance oils from 3 suppliers, with the exception of an Etsy seller once in a blue moon. They are: Brambleberry, Midwest Fragrance Company and Wholesale Supplies Plus, but the brand is usually Crafters Choice. They are listed in that way because Brambleberry has the highest quality fragrance oils and rarely disappoint. Midwest Fragrance has really impressed me in a short period of time and I have loved 95% of what I have ordered from there. The Crafters Choice fragrance oils... ehhh. About 40% of the fragrances I buy I'm not in love with. Now, they aren't horrible, but,  if Brambleberry had a similar fragrance oil, I guarantee it would be 10 times better. However,  occasionally you can find really nice fragrances there. You just have to know where to look. 

   So, let's get to my favorite Fall & Winter Fragrance Oils for Soap, Lotions, Bath & Body Products, Candles etc. 

   Let's start with Pumpkin! That's usually how it begins. So, my favorites are:

   Pumpkin Cheesecake from Nature’s Garden.  This fragrance oil by Nature's Garden Crafts is the incredible aroma of cardamom, ground cinnamon, Vermont maple, pumpkin puree, carrot, whipped cream, rum, cream cheese, caramelized sugar, and French vanilla which is all blended to true perfection.

    Unlike other pumpkin scents that are mostly spice notes, this one is a mix of walnut, pecan, espresso, freshly-cooked pumpkin, caramel, ginger, cinnamon, and allspice.

   An iconic scent of marshmallows roasting over a warm campfire. This fragrance was inspired by the BBW® scent. Top notes: Vanilla, Amber. Middle notes: Sugar, Sandalwood. Base notes: Cedar, Clove. O wasn't instantly in love with this warm and spicy scent but it eventually grew on me.

I have tried multiple Gingerbread fragrance oils and nothing compares to the one from the Soap Queen. This fragrance oil is the perfect mix of sweet and spicy. You'll love the notes of orange, cardamom, raisin, clove, cinnamon, rum, vanilla extract, gingerbread, and tonka.
